01What it is

A schedule item, not a commodity.

Two systems cover almost every jobsite. Panel fence — 6 × 12 ft welded panels in weighted feet, clamped together — goes up and comes down in hours and is right for short durations, hardscape you cannot dig, and layouts that will change. Post-driven temp fence uses driven pipe and chain link fabric, is far harder to move or knock over, and is what you want for a perimeter standing 12 months on a dirt site.

Rentals bill on a 28-day cycle with delivery, installation, relocations and removal handled by our crews. You are not renting panels off a lot and figuring out transport. Windscreen, pedestrian gates and vehicle gates go on the same order so the site is compliant the day it is secured.

Wind load is the failure nobody plans for. A panel fence with 90% windscreen is a sail — through a Bay Area winter it will go down and take your signage with it. We ballast and brace for the screen you actually want, and if the layout will not support solid screen we tell you before it is on the ground.
