Chain Link & Emergency Repair

Fence down, site open? We have a crew securing the opening the same day, then make the permanent repair — with the documentation your insurer and your owner will ask for.

  • On site to secure the opening the same day
  • Our own crews — repair is never subcontracted
  • Insurance and adjuster documentation as standard
  • We repair fence we did not install

Services: Chain link, Temporary fence rental, Ornamental steel, Gates & operators, Access control, Emergency repair.

01What it is

The right fix, not a patch.

Most commercial fence failures trace to one of four causes: a vehicle hit a gate or a corner post, wind took down a screened run, a footing failed and the line is leaning, or someone cut the fabric to get in. Each has a different fix, and the wrong one — bolting a panel over a cut, resetting a post in dirt instead of concrete — fails again within a season.

Our first move on an emergency call is to secure the opening. That usually means temporary panel across the breach the same day, so the site is closed while we source matching material. Matching matters more than people expect: fabric gauge, mesh size, post diameter and powder-coat color all have to line up or the repair reads as a patch forever.

For anything insurance-related we photograph the damage before and after, itemize labor and materials separately, and write the scope in the language adjusters expect. Property managers get the same package for owner reporting.

02Where it gets specified

Who buys chain link repair, and why.

  • 01

    Vehicle impact damage

Gate strikes, corner post takeouts and bollard failures at truck courts and parking entries.

  • 02

    Storm and wind damage

Screened runs blown over, snapped posts and racked panels after a winter system moves through.

  • 03

    Break-in and vandalism

Cut fabric, peeled-back mesh and cut locks — repaired and hardened against a repeat.

  • 04

    Leaning and failing lines

Undersized or shallow footings from the original install, reset properly to commercial depth.

  • 05

    Gate and operator service

Dragging gates, worn carriages, failed operators, dead loops and out-of-adjustment safety devices.

  • 06

    Corroded and worn-out runs

Rusted fabric, broken ties and sagging top rail, re-tensioned or replaced in sections instead of tearing out the whole run.
